About this house rental
This charming newly-renovated home was built in 1888 and is right in the heart of Cape Charles on a corner lot. It is close to the distillery, park, shops, and the beach! On the 1st floor, you will find a large living area, a parlor, dining area, bathroom and a spacious kitchen. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 3rd floor attic has recently been finished. It has 2 twin beds and a full bed. It is an open space cooled and heated with a mini split.
All mattresses (except the full in the top floor) are memory foam mattresses.

So close to shops and restaurants, great location! The house is perfect and we comfortably sat in the living room and dining room, love the decor! The layout is awesome!! We’ll be back for sure!

We rented this property to house our daughter and her bridesmaids for the weekend! The girls enjoyed celebrating and spending Friday evening with our daughter on her last night as a single lady! On Saturday, all the girls got ready in the home - with hair, makeup and photography. The home was beautifully appointed and provided the perfect space for the girls to enjoy each other's company and relax in preparation for a busy weekend!
