About this villa rental
A few steps from the Umbrian border and the Etruscan town that dominates from above, Villa Severina is immersed in a corner of Tuscany characterized by a succession of sweet vineyards from which the renowned Syrah della Cortona Doc is obtained. Embellished with a private garden with infinity pool, the villa with SPA is spread over two floors and accommodates 10 people in 5 comfortable double bedrooms, all with home automation and private bathroom with shower. Three of the four bedrooms on the upper floor open onto an equipped terrace from which you can go directly into the courtyard; the fifth bedroom, large and in turn directly connected to the outside, is located on the ground floor. Large, bright and with a contemporary taste, on the ground floor the living area consists of a cozy living room with sofas and soft lights; a large room with fireplace and TV to relax and gather in the warm warmth even in the less hot periods of the year; the dining area with large table adjacent to the kitchen with central island. Finally, on the same floor there is the SPA overlooking the garden, 4-seater Iacuzzi and Turkish Bath that make Villa Severina perfect for relaxing in any season: ideal for a holiday with friends or for a short and romantic weekend for couples . The Villa is accessed both from the street front and from the terrace equipped to eat all together even outdoors and characterized by the wrought iron spiral staircase and the large glass window with an industrial flavor, which reveal the refined conversion of what was once the back room of a typical village bar-emporium. The exterior where the swimming pool and the parking area are located is also particularly well cared for. Crossing green rows that follow one another as far as the eye can see, you can also reach the closest on foot or by bicycle, and then by car the many cellars of the famous Strada dei Vini where to stop for interesting tastings; the nearby Lake Trasimeno; the many cities of historical and cultural interest in Umbria and Tuscany. For daily shopping in a few minutes by car you can reach Terontola at 6 km and Camucia at 9km.
