Beautiful buildings, nice garden and amazing pool and pool area! Really nice host and traditional appartement which was super clean and cozy.
The cast iron bed was quite uncomfortable and noisy.. garden furniture could do with some cushions. :)

A lovely stay in a beautiful property with only a couple of minor niggles.
Beautiful property with lovely views of Cortona from the pool & from the apartment that we were in. Very clean both inside the apartment & in the grounds. The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped with everything you might need. Visitors also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, clothes airers, iron & ironing board. Very secure property with electronic gates & enough parking spaces for all visitors. Only a short drive to Cortona town. The owner Frederica was very friendly & helpful as were all the staff.
There is a granary behind the property which is well concealed by trees, however, during our visit in July you could hear machinery noise at times & occasionally lorries pulling in & out & although the noise from this was minimal it was quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool as could last around twenty minutes each time. However, the owner did say that this only occurs around July time. The pool is a lovely size & very clean but the edging strip inside the top edge of the pool pool needs replacing as quite a few areas have chipped off & some of the terracotta tiles seated around the top of the pool edge need repairing or replacing.

Lovely location with a superb view over Cortona. The garden was very large with a superb swimming pool. Each apartment has its own shaded area with table and chairs. As well as this there was plenty of shade for those who want to get out of the sun. There are lots of lovely places to visit in the area. Our hostess, Federica, was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Il Giardino degli Ulivi for a holiday, and we will certainly visit again.

Magnifique emplacement dans un petit havre de paix. Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos. Notre logement était au rez-de-chaussée avec un petit jardin privatif. Parking sécurisé et belle infrastructure. Propriétaire très réactive et à l’écoute. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.
Les voisins indélicats au-dessus qui traînent leurs chaises et les enfants qui courent. Mais la propriétaire n’y est pour rien, c’est juste une question de bon sens…

Accoglienza del gestore, pulizia degli ambienti e spazi ampi. Nonostante il clima esterno rigido gli ambienti erano ben riscaldati e confortevoli. Immerso nel verde con ampio spazio per parcheggiare. posizione comoda da raggiungere.
