A charming former stone farmhouse, recently refurbished with a modern touch while keeping all its original Tuscan character. Ideal for nature lovers, this peaceful retreat overlooks the Chiana Valley, surrounded by ancient olive trees and open countryside.
Outside, stone tables scattered across the grounds invite long, lazy breakfasts, barbecue lunches and candlelit dinners under the Tuscan sky. The grounds are generous and lovely for walking or picnicking, and the property sits on an ancient Roman path — follow it for 30 minutes and you'll find yourself in the hilltop village of Cortona or at the foot of the medieval Montecchio Vesponi Castle.
The farmhouse offers 2 ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a warm living and dining area downstairs — everything you need to feel completely at home.
In the summer months, cool off in our shared natural biopool — chemical-free, serene, and perfectly in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
