This delightful 17th century house is for single use and also has a private swimming pool at your disposal!
It is located near the famous town of Cortona, wonderfully surrounded by olive trees and with a beautiful panoramic view of the valley with Lake Trasimeno in the distance.
The house has retained many of its original antique elements which makes the house very special such as the old terracotta floor, the wooden beams and the fireplace.
The house consists of 2 floors and has a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on both floors. The spacious garden is delightful where you can enjoy endless fruit trees such as delicious cherry trees, pears and apple trees, fig trees and not to mention the many vineyards.
In warm weather it is lovely to be under these trees and at other lazy shady spots that this garden is rich…. What to think of the wonderful private swimming pool that provides cooling on hot days. There is also a stone BQ and plenty of room to enjoy a Tuscan meal outside together.
In short, ideal for families with children and if you come with several couples.

Description of the house:
The ground floor consists of a living-dining room. The kitchen is slightly lower than the living-dining room and has a fridge and a gas stove. Spacious living / dining room with t. v. Double doors to the terrace. Bathroom with bath + shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Bedroom with a double bed and opening onto the garden. An extra bed can be added in the bedroom.
The upper floor has a nice little loggia with seating at the front door. Second open living-kitchen with original large fireplace, sitting room with a double sofa bed and a cozy wood stove and t. v. Second bedroom with a double bed. In the bedroom can possibly. a cot can be added. Second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Of course the private swimming pool, from where you have a beautiful view, is entirely at your disposal !!
You can take a wonderful walk through the olive grove and use the vegetable garden and the many fruit trees !!
