Casa Lamate, located in wonderful panoramic position with a view over the Valdichiana, is a beautiful farmhouse holding all the peculiar architectural features of the Tuscan style, such as loggia, terracotta floors and wooden beams.The house is developed on three floors, each with direct access from the outside.The main entrance leads to the large kitchen, provided with every comfort and fully equipped, and to the outer veranda, ideal to taste great dinners while enjoying the landscape. An arch door separates the kitchen from the cosy living room with sofas where the stone fireplace stands out.On the first floor there is the sleeping area, composed of three bedrooms. A small corner is dedicated to the BBQ and wood-burning oven.The beautiful swimming pool area can be reached through a characteristic stone staircase and is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrellas. Adjacent to the swimming pool there is a small annex with kitchenette and bathroom with shower.Casa Lamate is only few km far from the well-known Etruscan town of Cortona rich in traditions, culture, art and culinary history.
