Inside, you'll find four cozy bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds—perfect for kids. All bedrooms, except the bunk room, have air conditioning for year-round comfort.

There are three modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, stylish tiled finishes, and all essential toiletries and towels provided. The bright and spacious living room features a large sectional sofa and a smart TV for streaming, with direct access to the pool area for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all cookware, dishes, and utensils. It flows seamlessly into the indoor dining area, featuring a rustic wooden table and benches, and the outdoor BBQ area.

All guests must pay a fee of €25 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in

€50 fee if the key is not returned
€80 fee if the key is lost during your stay
Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required

Please note that there is no access to the gate for parking inside the property, but you can park on the street.
Please note that pool maintenance is performed every Wednesday.
