A vista da sacada é incrível, está perto de tudo, (praia, restaurante, supermercado) a casa estava totalmente equipada, limpa e cheirosa.

Não há pontos negativos, a única colocação é que não há estacionamento, mas assim que questionei a anfitriã prontamente me mandou a localização de onde deixar o carro (nem 5 min andando) e a diária fica a menos de 2€, então não atrapalhou, para descarregar e carregar o carro paramos próximo a casa.

Ideale Lage, wenige Gehminuten zum schönsten Strand. Eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf Strand und Meer. Zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig. Alles funktioniert. Hervorragende Betreuung durch den Vermieter, Fragen per Mail wurden sehr kurzfristig beantwortet - besser geht es nicht. Es gibt aufgrund der Altstadt mit kleinen, schmalen Gassen keine Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Ein kostengünstiger Parkplatz (ca. 2€/Tag) ist 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Für uns zeigten sich keine Nachteile. Aufgrund der Lage in der Altstadt mit kleinen Gässchen und Treppen, sowie dadurch fehlendem Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist das Apartment meines Erachtens nicht für mobil eingeschränkte Personen (Rollstuhl / Rollator) geeignet.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the cupboard under the kitchen sink. It did not improve with cleaning/disinfectant. However I reported this and Ana has said it will be investigated. Otherwise the flat was clean, tidy and a nice home-from-home. Just for information the flat is on a narrow. steep, traditionally paved area. This is the way to the beach or town. It’s quite pretty but it may not be suitable or safe for those with mobility. Again for information, Casa Eugenia fgives the impression of being someone’s holiday home and there are a few personal items to be found around. But this did not make it any less acceptable to us.

The location and view from the terrace is really exceptional.

Cleaning requires improvement both inside the apartment and at the terrace. Centimetres of dust under the couch and under the commode. The terrace table and floor not clean. The couch and other furniture is becoming really used up and require update. BBQ on the terrace didn't have any basic equipment (last year - it had) we had to buy. We were charged for breaking thermostat which we didn't touch. We strongly recommend to make pictures of all facilities upon arrival to avoid situations like this. We didn't and it was our mistake.
