Trafaria Garden Beach Houses

I loved the house. It was lovely and cool even though the weather was hot. It is also very modern. We also loved the location. Its close enough to Lisbon to enjoy the city but still in an area that feels very local. Close to lovely beaches too!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Trafaria, just across the Tagus River from Lisbon. The property has a beautiful, relaxing vibe — especially thanks to the excellent private yard and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The apartment spans two floors with a living area and fully equipped kitchen. We loved the big sliding glass doors that open directly onto the yard, bringing in plenty of light and fresh air. Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms and a clean, comfortable bathroom. Everything was spotless and felt very homey. The location is ideal if you want the perfect mix of city convenience and coastal calm. Stunning Atlantic beaches (Costa da Caparica area) are just a 5-10–20 minute drive away, and getting into Lisbon couldn’t be easier: a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal takes you to Belém in about 20 minutes. From there, you’re a quick tram or Uber ride from the city center. Overall, it was a fantastic base for our trip — peaceful yet well-connected. We’d definitely return

Für unseren geschäftlichen Aufenthalt war die Lage perfekt. Das Haus, die Gastgeber und deren Service waren aussergewöhnlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Relatively calm area, a few small shops and gas station nearby. Duplex is space and have enough place for a family with two kids, very clean. Good garden view.

WiFi signal is weak in some areas (did not work on the second floor, first floor - you need to find a place to make a call). Hint - the kitchen table is the best spot ;). No soap in bathroom - not a big deal, just strange. Almost no tools to clean apartment and there is no any regular cleaning while you stay - its not clear how the host sees a solution.
