Located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the Ferry to Lisbon (or 11 klm by the bridge)

We stayed in João’s apartment for two weeks and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. This walk-up had everything we needed to feel at home during our time in Portugal. Traveling with our two young kids (8 and 10), we found the space more than comfortable for our family.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants—yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. We cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen and even enjoyed using the built-in BBQ on the patio, which was a great bonus.Overall, Costa da Caparica was the ideal home base for exploring, and João’s place made our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely return!

Apartment was clean and close to beach. Beds were comfy and clean. Amenities were up to standards. Check in was a breeze and Joao Carlos was on top of everything. We would have stayed longer, but it was the end of our trip. Enjoyed this place so much.

We would stay there again but the kitchen could have been better setup. It reminded when I was a 20 year old bachelor— no bread knife, coffee filters, and other necessities.
It was clean and conveniently located for groceries, coffee , and THE BEACH.

We stayed for a week, it was smooth from day one. We enjoyed being close to the beach and everything else. Everything we needed we were able to get.
