Apartment House

Die Lage war super - Zentrum und Strand waren fußläufig in ein paaar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt und Restaurants im Nebenhaus. Ausstattung in Küche und Appartement war ausreichend für unsere 6-köpfige Familie. Da wir unsere portugiesischen Verwandten besuchen wollten, war die Unterkunft, wo eigentlich nur Portugiesen wohnten super ideal. Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft ein Problem, welches umgehend gelöst wurde - also kein Minus dafür. Herrn Owner konnten wir zwar nicht persönlich kennen lernen, aber er war sehr bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.

Der Lift ist sehr klein und auch nicht gesichert. In der Wohnung hatte es zeitweise einen sehr unangehmen Geruch, speziell in der Küche, die anderen Räume blieben davon verschont. Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein Filterautomat und keine Kapselmaschine

Bardzo przestronny apartament. Rodzina 2+4 swobodnie może się zmieścić. Świetna lokalizacja, Auchan w tym samym budynku, do plaży 5 min spacerem, do centrum Lizbony kursują autobusy, przystanek jest bardzo blisko. To był wspaniały czas z rodziną. Dziękujemy!

Easy communication to the owner. The house looks very old from the outside, but the apartment is very new and bright. You find everything what you need. A perfect place for a group of friends, remote worker or surfer. A big plus is the distance to the beach (just 3 minutes).

In the last two day we had a water damage. Suddenly there came water from above along the walls. Luckily it was at the end of our two weeks rent. The wifi was good in the living room and kitchen. If you have tried to have calls in the master bedroom it was not that fast and stable.

If you like to live with Portuguese people this is your place - lively and save neighbourhood, quite at night - 5min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants also in walking distance - apartment well equipment - we liked the sunsets at the balcony
