Caparica Beach Apartment

Great location (8 mins. walk from beach and 2 mins. from main shopping street), great flat with all amenities needed (including beach toys and umbrellas which was amazing), great communication and flexibility from host.

The air conditioning unit was only in the living room and did not feel it in the bedrooms (common in Europe though). Each bedroom had fans in them though and keeping the blinds down during the day helped.

Goede locatie en veel faciliteiten aanwezig in het appartement. Ook in de omgeving genoeg facititeiten, en dicht bij het centrum van Lissabon.

Parkeren kan af en toe een probleem zijn ivm druk/weinig plaatsen in de buurt. De waterdruk van de douche was aan de lage kant.

La situación del apartamento es excelente. Muy cerca de la playa. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Hay muy cerca muchísimas tiendas y restaurantes para poder comprar lo que necesites. El dueño del apartamento es espectacular. Nos dejó entrar antes de tiempo y nos dejó salir por la tarde, con lo cual pudimos ir a la playa por la mañana tranquilamente y podernos duchar en el apartamento. Cualquier problema que tienes te lo solucionen al instante. En definitiva, seguro que volveremos.

Quizá el olor a humedad del baño. Pero no es culpa del apartamento. Es un problema de todo el edificio. Sé por experiencia que es muy difícil evitarlo

Close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants! Clean and good air conditioning.

It was too small for 3 adults and 3 children. 4 people would be reasonably comfortable. The shower doors need updating.
