To have a house and garden, a pool and outside kitchen/ barbecue was cool. Easy access in a residential area quite central to visit north and south of Lisbon. Sofia who lives above is friendly.
The place needs a serious clean up/ renovation to charge such prices. It is the huge basement of the house and has a lot on paper but most is old/ broken/ dirty. I can fill an entire photobook of it. I would advise the owner ( not Sofia apparently) to spend some time and money upgrading the place in and outside ( including airco and dishwasher) to continue in that price category. Otherwise reduce the price to better manage expectations or target younger or bigger groups for example.
