Da localização, da simplicidade e facilidade de check-in. A simpatia e amabilidade da Sra. Ana.
Apenas como crítica construtiva: por cima da porta de entrada do apartamento e do quarto no interior do apartamento, é munida de um grande vidro translúcido, que deixa passar muita luz, sempre que alguém acende a luz da escada. Assim como, as portadas da janela do quarto também deixam entrar muita luz logo cedo :-)

Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral, nur zwei Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Ich kann Sesimbra nur empfehlen wunderschön.
Die Wohnung war schön, aber leider hatte sie keine Aussicht, der Balkon wurde durch eine hohe Mauer begrenzt. Zudem hat die Einbauküche leider nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen, der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt und und wir mussten frische Lebensmittel wegwerfen da sie schnell verdarben. Eine Waschmaschine wäre auch von Vorteil gewesen.
