Located in one of the newest and most exquisite developments in the city of Funchal, this loft is perfect for a tasteful holiday on the island of Madeira.

Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (within a 5-15 minute walk of the cathedral, marina, CR7 Museum, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, Electricity Museum), by car (parking nearby) and by public transport (bus stop right outside the building). There is a Pingo Doce supermarket in the Anadia Shopping center.
Don't miss the experience of taking the cable car to Monte or the Botanical Garden. You can also walk to the starting point (5-7 minutes).
You should also know that in the center of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Very clean, excellent location. Pool on rooftop is perfect. Good communication with Elias. Pity the curtain motor issue could not be resolved during the entire week we were there.
Faces an office block so there are people working right opposite & you can see each other. Very little natural light as large curtain motor was broken. Small balcony nice touch but no view as the windows face a side street & sun rarely shines on it.
There are 2 fold out sofas and a massive double bed. Lovely bathroom set up with massive shower.
Parking also in basement.
Basics are provided... salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, shower gel...

Please feel free to use any of my private comments. This property exceeded all of our expectations - the property is so central but has a concierge service so felt so safe. We slept really well as the loft was so quiet. The loft had everything you could ever need from a holiday home - extremely stylish and top class appliances. Beautifully clean throughout. Bathroom was enormous and had a great shower. The pool and terrace with the amazing views really are just the cherry on top! 100% recommend to anyone who wants something more than your average holiday apartment - you will not be disappointed in this loft apartment.
