The property is located in the centre of Funchal, Madeira Island. Take advantage of your stay to explore this town, which offers countless possibilities! Take advantage of the flat's proximity to the Mercado dos Lavradores. Guests have easy access to various restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, including a nearby beach and seafront promenade. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (within a 5-15 minute walk of the cathedral, marina, CR7 Museum, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, Electricity Museum), by car (parking nearby) and by public transport (bus stop right outside the building). There is a Pingo Doce supermarket in the Anadia Shopping centre. Don't miss the experience of taking the cable car to Monte or the Botanical Gardens. You can also walk to the starting point (5-7 minutes). You should also be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, extreme activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! Everything was perfect for us. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very spacious, and absolutely ideal for traveling with a small child. We especially appreciated having a baby bed and a high chair available — that was such a great service and made our stay so much easier.
The location is also perfect, and we truly had a lovely time. We spent a lot of time in the apartment with our baby and felt very comfortable there. Your hospitality was amazing — you are very kind and welcoming.

This accommodation was absolutely fabulous! Everything was spotless and of such high standard. The location could not be better and the pool area, while small was a really beautiful place to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week rental of this apartment. Couldn't ask for a better location; close to the old town, water front, cable car, Farmer's Market and the Forte de Sao Tiago. Numerous cafes, restaurants, bakeries and small supermarkets only minutes away. Beautifully presented and comfortably furnished. Immaculately clean. We very much enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony watching the world (and cruise ships) go by. The Property Management Company responded very quickly to our enquiries before and during our stay and, on our arrival at the apartment building, we were met by a representative who took us up to the apartment. We would definitely stay again.
