A5 is in a small complex that is intimate and laid-back. You have a partial view of the ocean from your lanai. However, A5 is in a Direct BEACHFRONT COMPLEX which is steps away to Maui's famous white sand beach called "Sugar Beach". The beach is clean and unpopulated with beautiful views stretching for miles in either direction. You can walk for miles south towards South Kihei or miles north towards Maalaea Bay. Sugar Beach is Maui's longest beach.
A5 has been COMPLETELY renovated, using only the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens, furniture and details, all with your COMFORT in mind.

This location is ideal for long walks, jogging, swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and whale watching in the winter (November - March).
The common area is direct OCEANFRONT and features a beautiful tiled pool with whale mosaics on the bottom, beachfront lawn with lounge chairs, large dining tables with umbrellas and BBQ area with 2 commercial gas grills, all with ocean views. The property faces West so you can enjoy each Happy Hour from either your private lanai or down in the pool area or oceanfront deck and watch the MAGNIFICENT Maui SUNSET skies.
A short walk down the beach to the south, you'll find a Farmers Market, an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui). Right next door to the north, you'll enjoy local tavern called Dina's Sandwitch for casual dining with a full bar. Of course, by car there are abundance options from casual dining in South Kihei to fine dining in Wailea and Mama's Fish House in Paia. Bed was very comfortable,kitchen was well appointed air conditioning and gas worked well.Very little natural light lanai was in side yard that was about 12 Feet wide high fence 8-10 feet so no view not much light.

We loved this condo! The condo is clean and beautiful, and the bed is so comfortable. The beach is just outside and very convenient. The complex is relatively small and everyone is so friendly. We are scuba divers and it was so diver friendly. There was a hose out front that we were told we could use to rinse gear. A nice cart is available to help get our bins to the unit, and we felt very safe leaving gear on the porch to dry. So many extras in the unit saved us a lot. There was dish soap, detergent pods, a well stocked kitchen including lots of spices and cooking spray. The bedroom closet has lots of beach toys. We used the cooler every day to take fresh water and snacks with us to shore dive sites. There was a welcome basket with a nice assortment of goodies to try, and a bottle of cool water waiting in the fridge. We felt at home in this condo and definitely want to come stay again! Mahalo!
