Welcome to Sugar Beach #228. I invite you to enjoy one of the world's finest beaches - Sugar Beach, with its 5 miles of golden soft sand, warm water and beautiful sunsets. This direct oceanfront condominium has been completely updated with all of the high end finishes you deserve for your Maui vacation.
When you open the front door you are greeted to a breathtaking and endless ocean view. Open the wall to wall sliding glass doors, step onto your private lanai and you are captivated by the soothing sound of the waves and the gorgeous sandy beach that is just feet from the tips of your barefoot toes. This is truly everything you dreamed Maui to be.
Sugar Beach #228 has been completely updated. In the kitchen you will find beautiful bamboo cabinets and gorgeous granite countertops, including a large eat-at island. There's lots of cookware and bakeware, mixing bowls and food storage containers, a coffee pot, toaster and a powerful blender for making perfect tropical smoothies.
In the bathroom there is a full-sized tiled shower with pebbled flooring. I also provide a hair dryer (so you have more room in your suitcase for taking home macadamia nuts!) and I make sure you have soap, shampoo and other essentials to get you started.
The lanai and the unit are covered throughout with 18 inch porcelain tiles. Cool on your feet and it won't leave you wondering what the last guy left behind in the carpet you've been walking on with your bare feet!
Sugar Beach #228 is a direct oceanfront unit located on the second floor. When you are inside you feel like you are sitting directly on the ocean. The second floor is ideal because you have the option of just going up and down one flight of stairs if you don't want to wait for an elevator. Unit #228 is also one of a few select units that does not have a side wall blocking your view of the beach from the lanai, allowing for unobstructed views up and down glorious Sugar Beach.
Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located on Maui making it the ideal place to stay for all of your adventures. You can book a whale watching or snorkeling cruise, a helicopter ride, a bike trip down a volcano or just get some local restaurant recommendations - all on site! Everything was very tidy and just as described. Very peaceful and quiet beach setting. View from unit felt private and you are basically a stone’s throw from the water. Very swimmable beach with easy access. It was cool to see the outrigger canoes being paddled each morning.
