For a personal touch, this stylish unit features canvas artwork from local photos taken by the homeowners during their time in South Tampa. It is perfect for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient home-away-from-home experience.
The townhome features three bedrooms, a main bedroom upstairs with a very comfortable and spacious king size bed, a guest room on the top floor (with attached full bathroom) along with another guest room on the first floor with a working space and full bathroom. The top floor bedrooms and bottom floor bedroom have a full floor of space between them, ensuring privacy for the guests and a peaceful and restful night's sleep.
The first floor of the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing meals. The living room area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.
Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer in the unit. The townhome is fully air-conditioned and has free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. We didn't receive our initial check in details and needed to message the host when we arrived but he responded immediately with the information. The location is very close to University of Tampa, downtown Tampa, and some fun lively neighborhoods like Hyde Park. The house was stocked with many amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Laundry room was stocked with detergent, and the kitchen was stocked with various condiments which was nice. Microwave was broken during our stay, but the host tried to schedule a repair to replace it for us. Bedrooms are spacious with nice closets and each with their own bathrooms. Would benefit from upgrading the couch in the family room. Overall nice stay.

The group of us really enjoyed our stay and loved the house. I’d recommend people stay if they want to be near hyde park.
