Upon stepping inside, you’ll be greeted by a magnificent staircase that sets the tone for this stunning townhouse. On the first floor, you’ll find the entry to our prior garage turned into a mother-in-law suite, offering a private bedroom, bathroom, and living area—perfect for extra privacy. Separately, there’s another living room area with a private bathroom that leads directly to the backyard oasis.
The Second Floor is where you’ll find the heart of the home. The spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware for simple meals, and a coffee station for your morning routine. The open-concept living and dining areas create a perfect space for relaxing, featuring a comfortable sofa, a 65" TV with streaming services, and an adjacent balcony to enjoy Tampa’s sunshine. The powder room, laundry room and a work desk can be found here offering convenience during your stay.
The Third Floor hosts three serene bedrooms and two bathrooms. A master suite with an ensuite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds, thoughtfully designed for comfort. Edgar was a breeze to work with… friendly, responsive and accommodating! Made sure we had everything we needed and responded super quick when we had questions. Palma Ceia Pines is a beautiful property…spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable! Although close to the bustle of the city, UT, and shoppes, the home and backyard make you feel at home. The bedrooms & bathrooms (of which there are plenty) were comfortable & clean and we had no troubles with the WiFi! The kitchen is pretty big and had all utensils & dinnerware we needed.Everyone was happy in their space & the shared space. TVs in every room, games in the living room, and a playground & tiki bar in the backyard. Everyone agreed that they’d love to go back when vacationing in Tampa!!!

great location. walkable to bars/restaurants/grocery stores. beautiful backyard. condo was nicely appointed with linen and kitchen supplies. 4 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms. not all ensuite, but match up number of bedrooms. host was very timely with communication. safe neighborhood.

Edgar is a great host. Very responsive to all our needs. We had a dishwasher drain issue but he took care of it promptly and all was cleared up with no disruption. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The backyard is really nice and quite large. The house does have quite a lot of steps if you’re staying in the upstairs bedrooms so be aware. All in all a good central location and quiet at night.
