About this house rental
This newly renovated pristine townhouse is the perfect home away from home. It has a beautiful front private porch and balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The Family room has a pull out couch and the 3rd floor bonus room has 2 futons. The 3rd floor has a cool spiral staircase. There is a powder room on the 1st floor, along with an office nock, kitchen and joint dining and family room. There is a 1 car garage and a 2nd parking spot. Laundry is onsite. If you want to rent for longer than 2 weeks, please ask about discounted rates.

This is our go to rental in Tampa. The location is great for walking to several great restaurants and bars. The property is always spotless and Dana is very responsive if you have any questions.

Wonderful hosts. The property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and a convenient location a block from bayshore drive and a short walk to many great restaurants. Highly recommend!
