Fantastic house. I almost don't want to leave a good review so the house is available the next time we come up, but it's such a great house, and the neighborhood is fantastic and walkable.

We had a great long weekend at this property. The listing is as described in a fun neighborhood. Perfect location for walking to Bayshore and Hyde Park Village! Host very responsive.

Location is superb. Communication was fantastic. Layout of house is perfect for 7-10 people. The house is over 100 years old, and many parts of it have not been updated since then (or mid century at best). Almost-thread-bare-towels, kitchen cabinets/drawers that stick, dirty pots and pans, missing light bulbs, are just some of many signs that nice (or even average) amenities are not a priority.
