- Security cameras: there are 2 exterior security cameras at the home: one on the front porch and one by the garage.
- Alarm: there is an alarm system that guests can request a temporary code to. It will otherwise stay disarmed
- Parking: there is a private 2 car garage that can be accessed from the back alleyway behind the home. There is also free street parking in the front of the home
- This home is a half duplex and shares a wall with unit #2 next door
- Laundry: the home has a private washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods, dryer sheets, and scent boosters
Please adhere to neighborhood `quiet hours` which are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM

We had a great stay at this property! It’s located on a quiet street which made it quiet and peaceful. The house itself is spaces and comfortable and the kitchen is stocked very well with cooking equipment which made preparing meals very easy. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer and we were pleasantly surprised that laundry soap was provided, such a thoughtful touch!
