Each unit also includes a private back patio and yard, ideal for outdoor lounging, along with an attached two-car garage. In addition, each townhome offers parking for up to four vehicles total, providing ample space for larger groups and multiple cars.

- EXTERIOR CAMERAS: there are 2 exterior cameras located at each property, 1 on the patio and one at the entrance to the home.
- SECURITY SYSTEM: there is an alarm system available for guests to use. If you would like your own alarm code for you stay, please reach out and we will create one for you.
- PARKING: there is space for up to 4 vehicles at each home (8 vehicles total). Two vehicles can fit in each garage and two in each driveway. Parking spaces and entry to the home are located in the alleyway behind the home. You can not park on Columbus Dr.
- GARAGE: each garage has a garage code that will be provided to guests
