House and the Tini House were great! Out door amenities not so much! Hot tub smelled with green water and pool was ice cold filled with leaves! Everything outside could use a good cleaning!

Good location off the freeway, lots of restaurants and amenities nearby, Great location for Tampa, good for Orlando - was seamless

The property is a bit worn and not completely accurate in its portrayal. The pool is a partially buried above ground pool about 4 feet deep. We needed some repairs to the showers and rugs lifting up They were promptly addressed, but the rugs did not stay flat creating a trip hazard. The location is OK, but not great.We will not return to this venue.
