Getting Around:
You'll need a car for most things, though everything is a super short drive!

🚮REMINDER: Trash is Tuesday & Friday morning, please place bins out night before. Recycling is Tuesday morning.
⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.
🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.

Great communication with the hostess, we had a few issues regarding check in and linens. Excellent location, nice neighborhood. Kitchen is new and big, only issue is not enough plates only set of 4.
