Quiet neighborhood and worked for us. The AC was great at the end of the day. Parking was street side but never a problem. Communication was great. All questions were promptly answered.

Overall it was a good place to stay for a few nights while we visited Colorado. Parking was easy and the rooms provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking or exploration.

This quaint little place was very clean and was fine for what we needed for a quick overnight, no meals. However, there is no kitchen--no sink, no dishes, no table, etc--just a fridge and microwave. The only source of water is the bathroom sink. Also, the "Walk-Out Basement" is very misleading: it is a full flight of stairs to the unit from the ground level. We did not have much luggage, nor are we mobility limited, but no where in the listing does it comment about the stairs.
The property manager provided check-in details once requested just prior to checking in, and was very responsive through the app messaging. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the movement from the residents above was not a problem for us.
