Overall it was a good place to stay for a few nights while we visited Colorado. Parking was easy and the rooms provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking or exploration.

We stayed here for 9 nights (June 28 – July 7) and found the unit to be very clean and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The main living area is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa a desk chair and a 40" TV — a nice place to relax. Communication with the host, Leslie, was prompt, warm, and helpful.One important clarification: this is not a walk-out basement. The entrance requires going down a full flight of exterior stairs, and there’s no direct ground-level exit from inside the unit. Guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage should take this into account.The space is similar to a two-bedroom hotel suite without a full kitchen — comfortable for short stays if your needs are light. This quaint little place was very clean and was fine for what we needed for a quick overnight, no meals. However, there is no kitchen--no sink, no dishes, no table, etc--just a fridge and microwave. The only source of water is the bathroom sink. Also, the "Walk-Out Basement" is very misleading: it is a full flight of stairs to the unit from the ground level. We did not have much luggage, nor are we mobility limited, but no where in the listing does it comment about the stairs.
The property manager provided check-in details once requested just prior to checking in, and was very responsive through the app messaging. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the movement from the residents above was not a problem for us.
