I spent three months at Gina's comfortable home during my summer internship. Gina was quick to respond to my texts and helped me with anything I needed. The house is well equipped, has great natural light, and has wonderful art. Thank you for making my summer away from home so comfortable.

The apartment has super-easy access to highways so you can get where you’re going easily (we traveled between Denver and Boulder). Gina was prompt and responsive and check in/out was simple. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable.

The property has a lot of potential and the host was responsive to the one thing we requested. I’m going to give the host the benefit of the doubt and hope that the cleaning person(s) who cleaned before we arrived didn’t do a very good job. Especially the bathroom. Also, the host should list that upon entry to the condo (dirty entryway), you have to climb 15 stairs to get there. For older ones, like us, carting suitcases, etc., was not fun.
The garage was a nice plus! We wouldn’t stay here again but I’m sure with a little TLC, this place could be nice.
