Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.) So as we were coming and going we felt uncomfortable that something we did would cause them to complain. The AC isn’t great upstairs so we were very warm at night but it was cool downstairs. The signs everywhere were a bit much...lots of rules about shoes and drinks and covering the furniture. And having an Amazon device in every room, even the bathroom, was odd. Otherwise the place was fine. Close to Denver, Boulder, Morrison/Red Rocks -all about 30 minutes but if you’re looking to explore further (Colorado Springs or Rocky Mountain National Park) that’s between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. We’re from the NYC area and we were surprised at the fact that the area has a LOT of traffic at most days/times not just during rush hour as you’d expect. Just some things to consider-location wise.

We found everything about the townhome great! We enjoyed the pool while we were there too. Would definitely stay there again.

My teenage daughter and I traveled here for a week of Fastpitch softball and this place was centrally located for all the parks we were scheduled to play in. The place was clean, comfortable, and modern. Steve was a great host, always available and communicated all things very well. He was also flexible on arrival/ departure needs if the unit was unoccupied prior/after our stay. Glad we rented there, and would return in the coming years for the same national tournaments. One thing to note, the community hot tub never did get hot, in case that matters to you. Pool was nice, and Steve had some convenient items for use in his spacious garage, including a wagon to tote things and a small cooler. Perfect for what we needed.

The town home was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has everything that you would need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Steve was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
