Ginas home was beautiful. My family and Instayed there for 7 nights and we felt right at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool and hot tub were nice a relaxing. We were a half an hour from every where we needed to be. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it. You won’t be disappointed.

THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED BUT COULD WAIT UNTIL AFTER OUR STAY AND I LISTED THOSE ISSUES. THE TOILET ON THE GROUND FLOOR WAS APPARENTLY FIXED WHILE WE WERE NOT HOME, AND THAT WAS A BIT DISTURBIMNG-SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WHEN SOMEONE WAS COMING. RESPONSE TIME WAS UNEVEN

We were in town visiting family in Northglenn. Gina’s townhome was plenty of space for family of three. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the abundance of towels and basics such as paper products and pantry items. When I booked the home, I was somewhat worried about on street parking but we were always able to find a spot very close to the unit. The pool area was very nice and well maintained and very close to the unit. Would stay again!

We were out in Westminster for my daughter's softball tournament. The place was in a nice neighborhood, close proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. Was roomy enough for the three of us, clean, and had everything we needed for a four-night stay. We really enjoyed this condo. The sitting area was a great place to hang out with our son. We cooked our own breakfast everyday and a couple of dinners in the well stocked kitchen. It's nice to have some spices and condiments to work with. We picked up coffee, milk eggs, etc. At the King Suppera nearby. TV had some content but we travel with our own Chromecast so it's just like home. The art on the walls was beautiful.

This was our second visit to the Westminster area and our second stay in this beautiful home. Gina is an incredibly gracious host and her townhouse is incredible. The location is excellent and she provides all the comforts of home. Make sure and pay attention to her incredible artwork throughout the unit!
