We had a great time at this house. We had two families but one with little ones. The setup was perfect for a broad range of ages. We had 5 under 6 years of age which is young but for those in that upper range, there were plenty of toys and games there to satisfy them. The kitchen was well appointed. Better than other homes we have been in in the past. Beds were comfortable. Two living areas to be able to visit. We would have loved to have more outdoor space but the whole neighborhood was designed with pretty limited outdoor space. The porch/deck area was outside and used a lot. Just not a good area to play catch or kick a ball. The overall space made up for the desire to kick a ball. We could go to a park for that.

Before stating anything, I need to give kudos to Mr. Harry, our contact while in Colorado. He was very attentive and attempted to fix any issue that may have come up.
The house is spacious and my family was ok with the house but there are a few things that need to be addressed.
While the house has accommodations for 10, there was not enough dishes, cups, mugs silverware and cooking utensils for a group of 10. We went out and purchased coffee mugs as there were only 3. There were very limited pots and pans. As a family, we tend to cook most of our meals. Luckily, we had a family relative that was close by for us to borrow pots and pans to be able to cook our daily meals.
The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The bathrooms were not the cleanest and we had to go behind the crew to clean when we arrived. The light fixtures and fans also need to cleaned. They were quite dusty. The backyard was not as pictured. There was no backyard furniture as shown on the website; the backyard itself was not manicured as the pictures on the website showed and the Ping-Pong table was not cleaned. We had to clean it before using it. I will say we received a table and 4 chairs for the backyard on day three after reaching out to our contact, Mr. Harry.
On day two of our seven day trip, the temp of the hot water was lukewarm at best. I reached out to Mr. Harry and he immediately arrived to check out the issue. When he arrived, he attempted t adjust the water temp but later determined that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. By Tuesday, day four of our stay, the hot water heater was replaced.
Suggestions: Ensure the cleaning crew does a better job, a dresser in each room so your guests do not have to live out of their suitcases; hangers in the closet so your gests can hang some of their clothes; and maybe a full length mirror in the bedrooms. The only mirrors in the house are in the bathrooms. The front screen door handle needs to be replaced; it was taped.

House worked great for our group of ladies. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and host wasn’t very responsive.

Our contact was very responsive and went above and beyond in providing two cribs and a stroller. He also had table tennis equipment shipped to be ready for us. And he is shipping back a shirt we left behind.
