Bedroom Three: Twin daybed with trundle - Great for kids or additional guests
Bedrooms 2 &3 share a guest hall bathroom featuring a walk in shower

• $150 per pet fee
• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted
💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs

House needs an update and landscaping was terrible. Was clean but also backs up to apartments and listening to people by the pool was not relaxing.
