This updated, coastal home has everything you need for a perfect Jax Beach Getaway!
Very clean and non contact check in. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is completely renovated and equipped with beach towels, smart TV's, wifi, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds.
Amazing location just minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, stores and the beach!
The Space:
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots.
There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the Florida weather! If you are bringing your fur buddy, you’ll get to enjoy a full fenced back yard.
The palm shack includes a picture perfect “stay awhile” backdrop wall! Great for IG photos and family pictures.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.
Primary Bedroom: King size bed with smart TV and a private bathroom
2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed
3rd Bedroom: Queen sized bed with a smart TV
Comfortable couches and an air mattress are included so you can comfortably sleep 8 people!
Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.
We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

Outstanding stay at the Palm Shack. Very open, comfortable and close to everything. The host was very friendly and gracious with responding to ALL my questions. The outside does not give justice to the inside. It is a large three bedroom with a beautiful master bedroom and bath. The other two bedrooms are a very nice size. We used a portacrib in one of the bedrooms and still had a lot of space. The neighborhood is friendly and kind. Parking was perfect for our guests as well. The host went above and beyond allowing us to host a bridal shower brunch during our stay and everyone was impressed! There are some beautiful decor and plenty of light throughout the home. We experienced a minor issue with the fridge and Coco was prompt to handle the matter checking in with us multiple times. Highly recommend The Palm Shack for your next Jax Bch stay. You won’t be disappointed!

We were so impressed with this home! Everything was clean and just as pictured. The girls of the group kept commenting how cute all the decor was! Safe neighborhood and close to beach and great restaurants!

We enjoyed everything about the home. Perfectly close to the Mayo and even closer to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We look forward to our next visit.
