The separate sitting room – where you can relax and chill out after a whole day of exploring Venice – can accommodate another person on the sofa, that becomes an extra single bed if necessary.

The apartment is only a few metres away from the water bus stop, which allows you to reach the centre of Venice passing through the Grand Canal.
