L’appartement a été refait à neuf . Il dispose d’une belle salle de bain, et d’un 2e toilette séparé, la cuisine est grande (pour 4) , la chambre parentale aussi et les enfants dormaient dans la même pièce avec un lit individuel chacun. Le salon est équipé d’une grande télévision. Il y a un lave linge sans sèche linge mais il suffît de l’accrocher près des fenêtres. La salle de bain est très bien.
La station de tramway pour Venise est très proche, comptez 20mn de trajet ensuite pour y aller. Le 1er supermarché est a environ 15mn à pied.
Et la personne qui nous a accueilli est sympathique.
Rien c’est un très bel appartement avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour une famille de 4 (mes fils ont 12 et 17 ans)

I really loved how clean and well-organized the apartment was. The location was perfect, very convenient for exploring the area. The host was also extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay even better.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

La facilité pour aller à Venise (2 arrêt de tram donc 10 mn environ de transport) et pas besoin de plus si la marche ne vous dérange pas pour visiter.
L’appartement était très fonctionnel et très propre et un très bon accueil.
Pour ceux qui ont des enfants, il y a un grand parc pour les défouler juste à côté faisable à pied.
