房東是中國人，這對我們有什麼問題需要溝通蠻方便的，解決問題也很積極，有電梯但很小，我們有兒童推車，需要分兩批人坐電梯上樓，房子很乾淨，空間很大，採光好，浴室置物架也很方便，浴巾、毛巾提供很到位，餐具齊全，有提供咖啡膠囊，有電視，能看Netflix，房間的床很舒服，衣架很多，插座很多，旁邊就是大型超市，免費停車場很大，麥當勞，中國人開的咖啡廳，公車站可以直達威尼斯本島，班次也很多。
收城市稅的時候說3歲幼兒也要收費，這是我入住這麼多城市的飯店、民宿以來，第一次被收取，之後入住的其他住宿也都沒有被收取幼兒的城市稅，我們是付得起的，但我覺得不是很合理。
附近中東人很多，附近又有麥當勞，夜晚或半夜他們會在外面唱歌或是講話很大聲，雖然在高樓層，但還是聽得很清楚，我們必須關閉所有的窗戶才能感覺安靜睡覺。
浴室淋浴的水壓很小，洗澡要有耐心。
有冷氣，是好品牌大金的，但是只有一台而且是在入口處，冷氣出風口正對著客廳門，而且客廳沒有門，所以風沒辦法藉由門來引導風吹向其他房間，房間都沒有冷氣，5月底已經很熱了，外面噪音太大，我們又必須關閉窗戶，導致兩個房間都很悶熱，難以入睡，逼不得已我必須晚上聯絡房東來解決問題，房東也在快速溝通內帶電風扇給我們吹，我們很感謝，但房間很大，也只是吹熱風，很難把大門的冷風吹進房間，我們睡得很辛苦。
客廳的沙發床很不舒服，一坐上去感覺像直接坐在支架上，所以我們也沒辦法睡在客廳。
房東父母早上來打掃的時候說政府規定只能裝一台冷氣，我們都覺得不合理，因為我們住過這麼多民宿，這是唯一一個房間內沒有冷氣的民宿。
建議房東多安裝兩台冷氣在房間。

The owner was really helpful and easy going when we had some issues arriving on time for checking in. The location is easy to reach from the station. The apartment is spacious and clean, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
