The property is 8 min by bus to Venice, central to all transportation (bus, train, trailway..), 100 m to big shopping center, mcdonalds and other restaurants, very easy to access venice whenever you want. Also great thanks to Silvia that the moment our entrance till we leave she was very helpful and gave us very useful recommendation .

We are a group of 8 people staying in 2 apartments in this building. It's a perfect location to visit Venice with a bus stop 4 minutes on foot. The free car park and a supermarket nearby are a bonus. The apartments are modern with good views and reasonably equipped.
The descriptions of our rooms are not accurate. One of our bookings is a "one bedroom apartment", which is in fact a studio. The other booking is a " 2 bedrooms apartment". It has a bedroom with an ensuite and a large living kitchen area. They added a wall in the living area with no door and claimed it to be the 2nd bedroom.

Great location and beautiful views. The apartment was spacious and quiet, with a full set of kitchenware available.
The shower was in poor condition, the hose connection was visibly taped up, water pressure was very weak, and the switch was extremely stiff. The toilet paper holder was broken. The windows were dirty. For 2 guests staying 2 nights, only 2 coffee capsules were provided. The dishwasher had just 1 detergent capsule for the entire stay, and the washing machine had no detergent at all. We contacted the staff but received no response whatsoeve
