Great location, close to bus stop to go to Venice. Clean, nice view over Venice. There is a supermarket next to the building.

Great location, 10 mins walk from Mestre station. Supermarket and convenience store close by. Nice, functional apartment on 10th floor, very clean, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Restaurant (18th floor) and roof top cocktail bar (19th floor).

My original booking was cancelled last minute because of overbooking so this was a very lucky find. The only thing I really didn't like was I had to pay 30€ in cash to check in after 19h. My flight only arrived at 20h. I find this excessive. Also I had messaged the property to inform them that we would be using the sofa bed. On arrival, it wasn't made up. The person who checked us in gave us the bedding but we had to make up the bed late at night. This was not appreciated especially as it isn't cheap accommodation.

Great location and beautiful views. The apartment was spacious and quiet, with a full set of kitchenware available.

The shower was in poor condition, the hose connection was visibly taped up, water pressure was very weak, and the switch was extremely stiff. The toilet paper holder was broken. The windows were dirty. For 2 guests staying 2 nights, only 2 coffee capsules were provided. The dishwasher had just 1 detergent capsule for the entire stay, and the washing machine had no detergent at all. We contacted the staff but received no response whatsoeve
