About this apartment rental
The apartment is located 15 minutes from Venice, below the house there is a bus stop with continuous connections every 10 minutes and the guarded garage Delfino for a fee. Arriving from the train station it takes 10 minutes on foot, from the airport a bus leaves every 30 minutes and arrives under the house. In front of the apartment there is the Pam supermarket, two minutes away from Mc Donald, bars, wine bars, patisseries, ice cream parlors, specialized food in Italian products and Venetian taverns.
My 110 sqm apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is very bright, modern, functional, elegantly furnished and very welcoming. It is located on the eighth floor, with an elevator and a wonderful view. The apartment has an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, closet, two bathrooms and two terraces.
The living room is spacious with a comfortable double sofa bed, 43 "smart TV, 6/8 seater table. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with cold storage, pots, plates and dishes, glasses, microwave with a long counter and breakfast stools. There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and TV. The third bedroom has two single beds which can be joined together to form a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathrooms have showers, sinks, bidets, toilets and hair dryers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board free of charge. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Ideal solution for large families or groups of friends thanks to the large space and the 8 places available Smoking is allowed on the terraces.

So incredibly convenient! The grocery store is across the street, and the bus stop is right on the very corner! It’s an easy bus (4L) to the water taxis and over to Venice. We did that trip every day! The rooms are great, the host is amazing! They asked me to share my location in WhatsApp and they were in the middle of the street watching me in as I pulled up. There made it very easy! Great location. Great amenities. It made for a beautiful stay. Highly recommend!

Easy access to a grocery store and the train access was HUGE bonus. Place was nice and comfortable for our large family.

Good location to take the bus into Venice. Cute apartment with a decent size kitchen. In a older community but local restaurants within walking distance.The AC is within the hallway between the 2 bedrooms so some might find the rooms warm on hot summer days.The owners responded quickly for any issues you might have or travel tips.
