Grand appartement lumineux et spacieux, arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble direct pour Venise. Supermarché à proximité.
Gros manque d'équipement dans la cuisine, pas de saladiers, pas de verres à pied, aucun plat, des poêles en fin de vie, bouilloire cassée, pas de grille pain, obligé d’appeler les voisins à la rescousse pour avoir un tire-bouchon… Propreté très limite dans les salles d’eau avec beaucoup de moisissures. Ça fait beaucoup pour un appartement payé ce prix là.
