From foggy mornings to sunny afternoons spent meandering around town, returning to home base will be a treat with two well-equipped kitchens waiting for you to whip up delicious meals. When nights draw to a close, the flatscreen TVs and plush furnishings will make for the perfect settings to stream your favorite shows or movies before retiring to one of two comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's rest.

Boasting a convenient location, you will have no trouble grabbing a latte from the Washburne Café down on Main, dining at one of several local restaurants, or popping into a few unique boutiques. When you want to venture out a bit further, take a stroll along the stunning Willamette or zip over to downtown Eugene for even more fun including the University of Oregon campus, just a few miles west. And if a beach day is on the agenda, the scenic 70-mile drive to the ocean is well worth it, as there is nothing quite like the Oregon Coast!

*Dear guest, please note the house is made up of two separate floor units. There is no access to the top floor. Both the A and B units are separate units. There is no interior access (shared door) to move from unit to unit. To access each unit you need to go through the main front doors.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
