About this house rental
This darling little house is just a short walk to River Bend hospital and 2 minutes to I-5, food and shopping. You won't beat the peaceful setting and convenience. It is on a quiet dead-end street and backs up to a big open field. You can sit outside and roast marshmallows in the fire pit or enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a good book. The house is clean and cozy; you won't want to leave!

We traveled to the Eugene/Springfield area for a family wedding. We were looking for a place to stay for the entire family to be close together.
This property provided us a great place to stay together, as well as feel like we were at home.

Simple house with first impression. Master bath has the toilet sooo close to the shower that someone taller than 5'4" hits their knees on the shower wall. We, old people, couldn't figure out the TV to watch DVD or TV. Instructions would be nice. Spiders everywhere in the house and webs on the outside. It's obvious the owner's vehicles don't move; they're filthy and basically in the way from the driveway. Buuuut the good part --it's 10 minutes from the airport at 4:30 in the morning, which is why we were there.
