Great property - plenty of space for our party of 6, with an additional 4th bedroom to spare, and a fully furnished kitchen and basement recreational area. The neighborhood was quiet, the ping pong table was a fun perk, and the master bedroom mini split AC was a godsend after hours of road trip driving. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun staying in this super cute and surprisingly roomy home. The house layout was really unique and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We played lots of the games that were available since it was raining I even found a game I have to buy (Labyrinth). There were some pretty intense ping pong games as well. We were in town for track and it was very easy to get to Hayward Field. We’ll be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at The Wayside. Manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was convenient distance to UO.

We scheduled a Girls Trip to celebrate a few birthdays. The home was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Location is very central to downtown. We had great weather during our stay, so we enjoyed the large backyard.
The BBQ was not working, and the outlets took forever to charge cell phones, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
