Home was clean, comfy and uncluttered. Logan was great at communicating, ensuring our stay was hassle free!

Unlike many rentals which have “attention to detail” but fail on basics, The Riverwalk Retreat nails EVERYTHING. Solid house in great repair; doors/windows closing tightly to keep out drafts; comfortable beds (!); excellent water heat/pressure; working internet; well-organized and appointed kitchen and bathrooms; new appliances for laundry, cooking, and multimedia; and SUPER clean. The first pet-friendly property I’ve stayed in with zero odor.And then the extras: Fantastic location a 5 min walk to miles of scenic Alton Baker park trails. Huge walk-in rainshower-plus-handheld in master bathroom (oh goodness gracious that shower!) The cheer of the fireplace on a damp evening. The reading nook in the living room. The skylight “portholes” for natural light. Easy-to-use Nest thermostat. And of course the hot tub: clean, not over-chlorinated, in good working order and very comfy.Down to the tiniest details provided by host Logan and their caretaking crew: Nespresso machine and variety of pods; easy-to-find dishes/kitchen tools; snack basket of popcorn and breakfast oatmeals; custom signs to make wifi, laundry, and activities easy; mobile device charging unit; yoga mats (!); interesting games; cleverly-folded towels; and highly responsive service. Corkscrew had been appropriated by previous guest, Logan had one to me within hours. Logan’s Riverwalk Retreat will set your standard for rentals of this class.

The property was easy to find and situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the host had great communication. The entire group loved this property.

This is a lovely house with many amenities. The appliances were great, the rooms were spacious and everything was clean. We especially loved the hot tub. It was easy to get into the house and the area was quiet. I would absolutely come back if my travels take me to the area again.

This was my 2nd time here. Logan and co-owner (I’m sorry I forgot her name) never disappoints. Very communicative and open. Easy to talk to. I had to store our moving fan on the driveway for a couple days and it was not a problem at all. No complaints. No one gave us a hard time or nasty looks. We’ll be back.again.

Nice house with upgrades and modern look. Loved the Nescafé and pods provided! The hot tub was a hit.

This house was great! Located in a good neighborhood. The cleanliness was awesome! The hot tub was a great add on to our stay. And the host was very helpful, nice, and quick to any reply!
