About this house rental
Riverwalk Retreat is a spacious getaway in a quiet neighborhood located 1 mile from Autzen Stadium, 3 miles from University of Oregon, and (as the name suggests) is two blocks from the river front. Relax outside in the 7 person hot tub or stay inside to enjoy the 65” OLED TV. Cook group meals in good style with all new kitchen appliances. Sleep serenely on memory foam mattresses with a variety of pillows. This private getaway is half of a large home. There is a cleaner's pantry between the two units with multiple sound proofing measures. Enjoy complete privacy and relaxation at the Riverwalk Retreat. *Note that this home is not suitable for parties and guests will be confronted immediately if there is any sign of unauthorized events*

This property was clean and very welcoming! Clear instructions for everything. The host checks in regularly to make sure your stay is going well. We enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood is very nice as well. It was close to many locations and only 20 minutes from Eugene Airport, and only about an hour and a half to the coast. We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean comfortable and convenient stay. Hot tub was amazing. Logan was so great at communicating and making sure I didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay here again.

The host provided nice coffee and quick breakfast options. This was very helpful to us due to needing to be on the run for an early morning event we were attending. Great location too.

Well maintained house in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, helpful tips from owner on surrounding area. Hot tub was a draw. However, no access to laundry facilities at the house made it less appealing. Could have also provided more towels for use with hot tub.
