About this house rental

Please note: this is an owner-occupied property. We’re offering most of the home for guests. We live in the very back of the house in a suite and have our own separate entrance and will not use the outside of the property. We will respect your privacy and most likely you will never see or hear us.

Welcome to Woodsview. Ideally located to enjoy Eugene/Springfield with quick access to Autzen Stadium & Hayward Field via highway 126/105. Located on the edge of the suburbs, but close to restaurants, stores and McKenzie River access. Lovely walks in the neighborhood, & a thirty-minute drive in any direction connects you with a variety of beautiful hikes. Our large, fully-fenced backyard is, ideal for dinner barbecues. Be prepared to see deer, osprey or eagle as you feast. Comfortable beds and furniture, free internet, lots of board games, well-stocked library. Whether it’s just a nice place to stay while you enjoy a sports event or a comfortable place to enjoy Eugene/Springfield and the surround area, Woodsview is quiet haven to relax and kick back.
