About this apartment rental
Spacious, cool, top floor apartment with balconies offering stunning panoramic views thru 300 degrees. See the sun rise over Bosa old town’s medieval castle, then relax with a glass of the local Malvasia wine as the sun sets over the beach and historic river mouth harbour. Modern designer furnishings & large, well-equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds, & spacious living room with room to sleep fifth person.
Note: There is no standard air conditioning, but ceiling fans in all main rooms, as well as portable mechanical cooling units that you can put ice packs in.
Balconies (& bathroom) have great views along the coast, and of the beach. Balcony that runs around the property to west-facing living room & on to panoramic, glazed kitchen & dining room. Just a few minutes walk to Bosa’s deep, long, soft sand beach or rocks, with water-sports, bars, restaurants & ice cream cafes. The sheltered, shallow bay offers calm & warm bathing, & contributes to make Bosa a perfect destination for all ages. Bosa old town is a short ride on the shuttle ‘train’ or 25 minutes walk along the palm fringed river. Cleaning, bed linen and hand & face towels are included in the price. Additional cleaning during your stay is an option for €60.

Overall very nice appartment, good situated not far from beach. Well equipped, towels included. The beds are not comfortable but ok. However, the balcony is not big enough to sit and eat outside, that was a pity. So you only have the nice view over Bosa Marina standing.

Large, roomy top floor apartment with wonderful views. Easy to communicate with the owner. Excellent location at the Marina, no problem with parking, Bakery, cafe/bar and good ice cream all on the doorstep.

It was amazing, the apartment is at the perfect spot with a nice balcony, and there is more than enough space inside. The beach is really close (walking distance) and we even walked into the center of Bosa. I would definitely recommend to stay here. The contact with the owner is also really good, he replies fast and gives you a lot of information and tips about the apartment and Bosa. Would love to come back here one day.

Firstly, the position of the apartment is perfect for the beach, just 2km from the old town of Bosa and a nice base place for visiting Nuraghe etc.. Great views because it's on the 4th floor (no elevator). It's also nice and spacious and light and the kitchen is nicely set up with a great oven. However, there are a lot of issues with the apartment at the moment which basically make it unrentable. Michael, the owner was very polite in his email replies which we appreciated and has explained that after us there aren't any guests and that he won't be renting it out until some renovations have been done. I would recommend that anyone wishing to book here would firstly check with Michael that the following issues have been corrected - 1. Toilet & water heater don't leak and that the kitchen sink tap is repaired. 2. The bed in the twin bedroom is not broken. 3. There are chairs and a table for the balcony (6 of the 8 chairs were broken and there wasn't a table). 4. There's shelving in the twin bedroom for clothes. 5. That Michael's personal belongings have been stored away. 6. That there are new sheets for the main bedroom. 7. That the towels have all be renewed. 8. The mosquito nets were falling off so we took them down, however we didn't find an issue with mosquitos so not sure if needed more in the hotter time of the year. It's important to note that the bathroom has a sit down shower/tub which you get used to but isn't functional for an older person. I can't recommend the apartment as it is now but I feel that Michael will be true to his word and when he's able to visit the apartment (post Covid) he will address the issues that occurred during our visit.
