The holiday apartment is in the natural bay of Portoconte 10 kilometres from lively Alghero. Surrounded by pine-woods and Mediterranean maquis, abounding in lonely bays and creeks hiding soft beaches it is the ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming,fishing,sailing, windsurfing ,diving ,trekking, horse riding or just walking in the paths of the park.
After a long day on the beach the evening can be just as busy thanks to restaurants, discos, bars and entertainment in the area or in nearby Alghero.This self-catering holiday apartment consists of a bedroom , another room, a sitting room with a sofa, table chairs and cooking facilities, a large bathroom with shower enclosure , bath and bidet, a terrace furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.....

In total two weeks we stayed on Sardinia and enjoy the time very much. It was very hot, but due to the aircondition in the sleeping room and a fan it wasn't a problem. In fact of the "two" sides of the house we could open the windows in the morning and the evening to effect an air flow. In nearly five minutes you reach the bathing bay in the near. On weekend it is really crowdy but in the evening it is always quite and empty. To Alghero it takes by car about 20 minutes. In the evening parking is very difficult because of many tourist. There is also a public bus but we never use it. Also to other points of interest an own car is helpfull. Bosa, Sassari, Argentiera, Porte Torres are nice places to see. The support of Rita is very friendly. The house is well equipped. We can fully recommend the house of Rita!

We (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 12)) stayed in the flat for a week at the beginning of October. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation offers everything you need for a holiday stay. The contact with Rita is uncomplicated, charming and leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is located on the edge of a nature reserve and in the heart of the diverse region around Alghero. There are varied opportunities for activities and a number of beautiful beaches in the area. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation .
