About this house rental
Single storey house 100 m behind the large sandy beach of the Conche des Baleines. 7 adult beds and a crib .
- a large living room with fireplace, about 50 m 2, coffee table and two sofas 2 seats leather; 5 antique chairs, voltaire, gondola, and other with or without armrests, 1 desk, 1 dresser, many paintings and miscellaneous curios. The dining room is the part of the closest living room of the kitchen door, rectangular wood table seats eight with chairs, a sideboard with dishes and an old wardrobe, Highchair.
- Equipped kitchen, with 3 doors: to lounge, terrace and pantry.
- Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer bottom, oven --- -Oven microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, etc. (cooking equipment, dishes, glasses and cutlery)
- Garden furniture, large teak table, wooden benches, chairs and armchairs, tiled terrace of 25 m 2 on the side kitchen and lounge. Deckchairs, barbecue-gas plancha on cart or electric griddle.
- 2 paved courtyards
in the entrance courtyard, hammock

All machines have already been replaced, some several times - Classification by the tourist office was 3 star but we did not ask for its renewal. The floor of the living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace is tiled terracotta floor rooms with wide slats of northern pine. the gently sloping roof is covered with old boot uppers tiles.

The cottage is so perfectly located, just two minutes walk to the stunning beach. A fifteen minute walk to the lighthouse where there is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. The St Clement The cottage is equipped with absolutely everything you need!! Facilities at the cottage are perfect for a long stay. Lots of beautiful antiques give the cottage character and a homely feel. Jean François was really helpful and responded quickly to all our messages and any questions.

Well equipped, spacious and characterful house, perfectly located for the beach. Perfect for our family of five. Jean-Francois was a very responsive host.

First - we came along very well with our little french in communication with the very friendly and patient Propreté - via mail, message and finally at the very warm reception.
In all, the place was a treasure. All three rooms with separate entry and lavatory (great for the "spacing" of the different parties). Including living-dining-room designed with tastful furniture, paintings and decoration. All with wit and good sense of cosiness. The kitchen leaves no wish open. Beautiful flowers all around the house.
The leisure park just behind the house hosted the children away (boules, basket ball, football, mini golf, tennis) and one of the most beautiful beaches of the isle is a two minutes walk away. We went for the sunset every evening ...
Together with the isles scenic landscape and villages it made a precious time for us - one of the best holidays we had so far.
