About this house rental
Just bring your personal belongings; everything else is included: household linens (sheets, towels, and optional final cleaning of the apartment)

Nature is accessible on foot and by bike; shops are a 100-meter walk away, along with beaches and shops in the village center just 100 meters away
Built in 1966 by our grandfather in the middle of farmland at the time, this 134-square-meter home, on the first floor, has managed to preserve its natural surroundings despite urban development, thanks to the large 1,200-square-meter lot, enclosed by walls, located 100 meters from the wild coastline.

Would you like to find yourself—as a couple, with family, or with friends—in this unique setting that is the Île de Ré, far from it all and so close to nature, yet so easily accessible thanks to the bridge that connects directly to La Rochelle
? We’ve set it up this year so we can stay there in complete comfort and take full advantagethis exceptional setting—the tranquility, swimming, biking, and walking (especially at night, when it’s lit up by the lighthouse’s glow beneath the stars while listening to the surf)
Don’t miss the sunsets, which are always different from one day to the next.

Layout of the house:
The main room opens onto the shaded terrace in the afternoon through a large glass door
A fireplace in the center and, on one side, the living area with a convertible corner sofa and armchairs in front of the TV and audio area
and on the other side, in front of the large sideboard, a table that seats 12.

The kitchen has just been completed and is fully equipped
4 bedrooms for overnight stays:
1 with a 140 cm bed and a fold-out children’s bed with a mattress
1 other with a 140 cm bed
1 (6 beds) with 140 cm beds, 1 140-cm sofa bed and 2 90-cm beds (called the children’s room)
1 with 140 beds + 2 90 mattresses located above the office
1 office with a sofa bed, toilet, and bathroom,
2nd bathroom (master) with walk-in shower, sink, and heating
2nd separate toilet, large bedroom overlooking the kitchen
a third bathroom (walk-in shower) with exterior access for trips to the beach and also heated in the winter
