About this house rental
simply come with your personal belongings, everything is included: household linen (sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning optional); food in reserve, all cleaning products, heating, indoor leisure activities (internet, tv, DVD, books, board games) and outdoor (swing, games, deckchair, garden bed)
nature walks on foot and by bike, fishing on foot at 100 m, beaches, monuments.

, built in 1966 by our Grandfather in the middle of the fields at the time, this L-shaped house of 134 m2, on the ground floor was able to protect its environment, despite the evolution of urbanization, thanks to its large garden with trees of 1100 m2 enclosed by walls, located 100 meters from the wild coast.

you will like to be alone, in pairs, with family or friends in this unique environment that is the Ile de Ré, far from everything and so close to nature and yet so easily accessible thanks to the bridge directly connecting it to La Rochelle
we have arranged it to stay there in complete comfort (like at home) and to take advantage of this exceptional setting, idleness, swimming, bicycle and walking tours (especially at night lit by the glow of the lighthouse under the stars listening the surf of the sea)
do not miss the sunsets, which are always different from one day to the next.

the main room opens onto the shaded terrace in the afternoon through a large glass door
a fireplace in the center and on one side the sitting area with convertible corner sofa and armchairs in front of the tv video sound space
and on the other side, in front of the large buffet, a table that can accommodate 12 place settings.

the kitchen has just been completely redone and equipped
4 bedrooms for daily sleeping:
1 with 140 cm bed and baby umbrella type bed with mattress
1 other with 140 bed
1 (6 beds) with a 140 mezzanine bed, 1 bz 140 sofa and 2 90 pull-out beds (called the children's room)
1 attic with 140 bed and 4 90 mattresses above the desk
1 office with sofa bed, separate wc and bathroom (shower)
2nd bathroom with Italian shower, sink and heating,
separate wc, large pantry facing the kitchen
a 3rd bathroom with outside access for the return of swimming (shower sink and heating for winter)
garage, wood for the fireplace, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, garden table, garden bed

Super résidence de vacances, il y'a de la place pour tout le monde, et il y'a de quoi faire à manger pour tout le monde également.
Il y'a des activités proposées en cas de pluie (dvd, jeux de société, dessins, lecture...) et de beaux temps (pêche, jardin....).
Les propriétaires disponibles et agréables.
